The safety officer is a volunteer who serves to have pilots perform safely. All of us from time to time need to be cautioned about our flying. Do not take his requests as a personal insult.
15.

Every club member is expected to be a safety officer and is authorized to enforce rules.

16.
Engines larger than .051 must be equipped with an effective muffler. Four cycle, glow plug engines are excluded.
17.
Engine break-in and prolonged engine tune-up is to be done in the area of the helicopter pads at the far south or north ends of the field.
18.
No one will fly without an AMA License. All club members shall be current members of the AMA.
19.
All will abide by the AMA safety rules.
20.
You will be responsible for damage to others' property and/or personal injuries to others.
21.

All beginning pilots in the Propbusters Club should be certified by a club appointed certification instructor before flying without assistance of an instructor. Appointed certification instructors will certify new pilots when they are able to safely perform certain basic flight and safety procedures as described by the club's Instructor's Checklist. Instructors are volunteers who have demonstrated flying skill, are approved by the executive committee, and whose names have been published by the club president. This is not intended to mean that any volunteer who feels so inclined may not assist a student. They may, but only appointed certification instructors may certify the student to fly unassisted.

22.
No vehicles are permitted on the field.
23.
The individual member will be personally liable for any damage Mr. Bragg's crops. The club will not be responsible for damages.
